QUESTIONS
No. Connector, network, ECU services, and supported functions vary by model and year. RossoDiag identifies common profiles but does not claim universal write-function coverage.
No. Standard OBD Mode 04 clears emissions fault information. Ducati service reminders use separate model-specific procedures.
No. Real-bike ECU map flashing, coding, key programming, and immobilizer functions are intentionally excluded. The simulator contains a harmless virtual programming flow for software testing.
A Windows 10/11 PC, a quality USB ELM327-compatible adapter for supported CAN functions, and the correct fused Ducati diagnostic adapter cable.
Diagnostic data remains on your PC unless you export and share it. Support bundles can contain a VIN, so review them before sending.
Stripe takes the payment. When that payment is marked paid, the store emails a private download link to the checkout address. The link expires and can be used only a few times. Files are not published in an open folder.
